Vector Transmissions of Disease with Nupic

Find the anamoly of disease vector data

Searching for the ways to discover disease transmission, ways that a disease will travel from geographic location to geographic location and mechanisms to control the spread of a disease in various areas by running an an anamoly report from Nupic. This report demonstrates the rate of change in the disease transmission, and probable outcomes.

Next we want to try creating a geo-spatial, temporal path that marks the disease movement from town to town or area to area, using Nupic technology, and nureo processing. See preliminary graph below. Where we will teach the Nupic to learn a path and then recreate with different vector pats of a greater or less degree of amplitude.

Humanitarian organizations, medical personell who are in charge of finding and eradicating a disease outbreak, and also botanists and animal agricultural specialists.
